Refund policy

Only Exchange, No Refund & Return Policy- :

We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions :

1. We do not refund the amount. However, we are happy to exchange a garment for size in a bigger or smaller size or any other product if it doesn't fit or in case you are not happy with your order (provided the below mentioned terms and conditions are met).

2. You need to intimate us about your exchange request within 48 hours or 2 days of receiving your order. Kindly email the details at mdml.support@globgrid.com to request exchange. Do not forget to mention your name, address, contact, order number, email ID and size that you require, on the parcel.

3. If you want a size exchange, please email us your order number and the size you want in exchange of your order. The exchange will be shipped once we receive the order back and the QC is done.

4. If you wish to buy another product, store credit will be issued to redeem against the item requested for exchange. Once we receive the order back, we'll send you store credit in the form of a coupon code of the same value as your order minus COD or shipping charges, if any. You can make your purchase using the coupon code within 6 months of your purchase.

5. Exchange will not be accepted if the product is washed and worn. Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all its labels and tags completely intact in original packaging are eligible for exchange.

6. We do not have a return pickup facility, so you have to self ship the products back to us. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that is not received by us, will be treated as NOT RETURNED.

7. Please note that exchange is allowed once per order only.

8. We follow strict quality check norms and take utmost care to dispatch correct orders every time but human errors are sometimes inevitable. In an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different/wrong item delivered to you, please write to us at mdml.support@globgrid.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, we will provide a replacement as applicable or 100% refund will be given in case the ordered product is not available with us.

9. There could be a 10-20% color change as per your screen brightness and settings and we don't accept that as a reason to exchange a product.

10. If the request is made in the stipulated time we are happy to facilitate an exchange once we receive the return courier and the QC is done. We will not accept any exchange request after 2 days or 48 hours from the date of delivery.
